To ensure accuracy and avoid errors, we carefully review each order before initiating production. If we have any questions or concerns, we will temporarily hold your order and promptly contact you to resolve any issues.

 

Our standard production time varies between 2-10 business days, starting from the day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may ship sooner than the estimated shipping date provided.

 

Once production is complete, we will ship your order to you.

 

DMPshades.com offers rush service for an additional fee to prioritize your order and ensure it is first in line for production. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about this option.
